Welcome to The Aero Dietitian's Northern Territory Referral Hub. This page provides information for health professionals, support coordinators, community organisations, and individuals wishing to refer clients for dietetic services in remote and regional Northern Territory communities.

Here you'll find my six-month service calendar, showing when I'll be visiting each community, along with the online referral form for NDIS participants, aged care clients, private clients, and referrals from GPs, hospitals, Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations, and allied health providers.

Additional visits may be added throughout the year based on referral demand. The 2027 service calendar will be published in October 2026.

Telehealth Appointments

Telehealth consultations are available between scheduled community visits for follow-up appointments, ongoing nutrition support, and reviews. Additional face-to-face visits may be scheduled throughout the year based on community needs and referral demand.
